07 May 2017 marks the 10th anniversary since two policemen took me to a mental health hospital where I stayed for 19 nights. I wrote a personal letter to my former self 10 years ago that I want to share with you.

As humans, we can all live without most things. We just don’t choose to. So maybe this post title should really be ‘Ten things I don’t WANT to live without.’ Coffee and my morning run are just two items on the list.

I am wondering what goes through product designers/manufacturers minds when they create/produce products that will (for the most part) end up in a landfill. Seriously?
Our commitment statement states ‘We are aware that our language of love is different. At times, we will attempt to speak the other’s language, at other times we ‘just’ acknowledge each other’s love in our own language.’ Guess what our love languages are.
As human beings, we all have our own values, beliefs and attitudes that we have developed throughout the course of our lives. When Sandra and I met, first as friends, we identified core values that were important to both of us. What do you hold true?
